If all students have laptops, the reasonable thing to do would be to close the computer labs. If the computer labs close, the space can be allocated to something else that is more relevant. For example, it could be changed into a quiet study area where students could bring their laptops and get homework done. Or, it could be used as a place for students to eat and visit. However, there should still be a small area where students could access a computer if they forgot their laptop or needed to print something. All space should be used efficiently, and if students aren’t using computer labs anymore, it is time to change it up.
